So how do we dump XBOX360 or PS3 discs? Is there any method available already?
I've seen some XBOX360 dumps, like this one: http://redump.org/disc/9689/
But I haven't seen any PS3.
If there was a guide, I could add some up ...

There was a guide about xbox360 but it was deleted because incomplete, I hope someone will reup it as soon as possible.
I already offered to write a guide, and I still could do so if there's demand. Or iR0b0t probably could put his guide back on and we'd improve it.
okay okay, i will up it tomorrow, i promise
Hehe persistence...
I think that something has to be changed in DB for 360 discs as some games are (Japan, USA) or (Europe, USA) and they cannot be set as (World) or else because it's simply wrong. Same could be for some xbox1 titles.
Such a change could also benefit the numerous PS2 games where Australia is considered a part of Europe
Multiple regions option would be the best, maybe when Dremora has time ;-)

Normally this situation is simply a PAL release so it's flagged as Europe; adding Australia is redundant as there's anything different from any same PAL (Europe) release. Instead the example I made have a lot of difference and are the only multiregions which have to be set someway.
I suggested multiple regions as Sotho Tal Ker and as in no-intro convention.
Well, to set Europe + USA to World should not be a problem as they cover both PAL + NTSC, as it is how we gonna now to merge them for other systems when two releases match. Japanese release would be anyway different and have own Japan tag.
btw. why not to create a new (Japusa) region
