It just like MAME ROM, for activate the whole system like Windows for PC.

Yeah it is for プリクラ series, format is ISO9660.

プリクラ = Purikura = Print Club, thanks for the reply.

Sorry for the wrong question from beginning, I mean What the 'system' it belong.

They are all boot or update discs for custom boards.
