Hello,

Can you share with us why you are requesting an account?  Do you have discs you'd like to dump and submit metadata info to redump?

Additionally -- unfortunately, our site is having trouble processing registrations from gmail accounts (and also outlook / hotmail).  If you can please try again with a different email provider, we can work with that.  If you need a free and easy one, we know that protonmail works: https://proton.me/
