You can look at other entries in the database to be sure. Usually something will be off about the packaging on pirate games, and the bottoms will be CD-R looking (because they usually are for pirate games).

You check the ring code (bottom of disc, inner ring). If it has an IFPI code it is 99% sure to be a real disc.

Pirated discs are usually easy to spot substandard disc silkscreening (most times it's a printed paper label and poorly applied) and IFPI or any ring code at all is missing from the disc.
