I've submitted some bad dump info due to plain 'human error' on my part and I've also submitted a bad dump caused by 'hardware' issues. I think it's 'to be expected' that errors will happen when we deal with so many different disks and hardware combos. I'm just glad Redump's database is set up in a way that will catch most of the problems eventually

Here's the 'ring' info from my disk if anyone wants to add it:
IFPI 5031 502F

Sorry about the delay.

Sorry about the bad dump. Hopefully this is what you wanted to see. I have only dumped one of my discs so far. I have to go out now but will dump the other and a load of new psx, and I am going to redump all of my psx, and dump my Saturn. This has given me the urge to do so. As I have just built a PC for CD based dumping, with a couple of Plextor drives in it to make it easier.

The NFO:

WWF Attitude (USA)

PLEXTOR - CD-R PX-W124TS +943

R:\redump.org tools\px_d8_1.01A>px_d8 f 0
Sector: 0
MSF: 00:02:00
Combined offset: +1184 bytes / +296 samples

+943-296=647

Factory Write offset = -647

R:\>psxt001z.exe --fix "Track 01.bin"
psxt001z by Dremora, v0.21 beta 1

File: Track 01.bin
Size (bytes): 654714480
From image: 686819280
Size (sectors): 278365
From image: 292015
Mode: 2
EDC in Form 2 sectors: NO
System area: US NoEDC
Postgap type: Form 1, zero subheader, zero data
Sector 278343: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278344: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278345: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278346: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278347: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278348: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278349: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278350: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278351: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278352: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278353: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278354: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278355: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278356: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278357: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278358: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278359: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278360: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278361: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278362: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278363: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
Sector 278364: Sync/Header (fixed), Subheader/Data/EDC/ECC (fixed)
NOTICE: One or more errors were found not in the last sector.
Please mention this when submitting dump info.

fa70741786a7151ba7a126cd998dfeb8 *WWF Attitude (USA) (Track 1).bin

WWF Attitude (USA) (Track 1).bin 662E258C

Sorry about the bad dump, glad it was spotted.

I dumped this twice last time of two discs and got the same two errors both discs.

Obviously a complete "bag of crap drive" was to blame. Not ME. hee (sorry) he.

Hmm, then your image has no errors. The one in the database has two.

Either the dump in the database is bad (it is green lighted, though) or possibly there was a run of the game with errors. Hopefully tossEAC sees this and can check his disc again.
