Thanks for your interest in preservation. I will aim to find and dump this disc for redump in the future, if our other Korean PS2 dumpers can't find it. If you have the disc (or any disc redump is missing), then let us know!

I dont "want" to be a part of redump members(as in, I don't think I have anything to offer except for this)

This is more of a... filing for a missing rom, which is Kengo 3, korean version.

It has vanished in Korean PS2 rom scene, and I couldn't find it anywhere else.

turns out it was lying on my PS3 all along.

So, I am submitting it. Tested, working on PCSX2.

I don't know how submitting/dumping works, so I am just leaving a google drive link for the iso.

If there's any other proper way to submit, please let me know.
