I checked again, and could you remove the languages for now (for the Discs 2 only)? It seems like the DLCs have eveery language, as it contain files for the seven languages, HOWEVER the Title update applied is different, so I do not know what would happen on real hardware, and on Xenia I could not test it, so it would be better to leave the languages empty for now.
