I looked through the scans and the list, thank you for the effort. Unfortunately, none of them are eligible for redump: all are pirated translations of the games that do exist as proper licensed releases in other regions; nothing unique to Russian region (again, something like Russian Action Replay-type discs or Рандеву с незнакомкой series).

Again, if you want to process them somehow, then https://psxplanet.ru/forum/ and https://piper.old-games.ru/ would be interested in those.

Okay. Everything is done. 62 games total: 55 for PS1, 7 for PS2.
Probably put too much effort here and also provided box art and disc scans for every game in the list with a short personal comment about the game itself. :')

Sorry for scan quality -- my old Samsung MFP I used here is probably even older than some disc here.
Will look forward to find someone who can point me what to do next now with all of that. :')

Hello. Most of the times Russian pirated releases for PS1 are not eligible unless they are unique products like those PS1 games in Рандеву с незнакомкой series or cheat discs (similar to GameShark, Action Replay etc). If you can provide a list of games you have (preferably with quality photos), then we can decide if there is something that is eligible for redump.

Hello! I have a drawer filled with with some old "unofficially localized" by some Russian pirate groups PS games which I'm not touching for about a decade now and still don't want to just throw it away. So I think it will a good idea to dump all of this pile and contribute to some preservation project. If I'm just missed and picked the wrong one, please point me to the correct one or say clearly that this collection is most likely not worth preservation and could be trashed without any remorse.
