You can change D.O.N to "ディー・オー・エ" in the alternate title, though.

I don't know if it's correct as we never (and Japanese too) translate acronyms (SP, EX, etc.) as I said above.

Some mod. should have to add the ディー・オー・エヌ letters to the last part of バトルスタジアム D.O.N. I think they are the D O N letters in japanese language.

Normally words like "EX", "SP", etc. are always written in romanji.
