			<description><![CDATA[<p>PREGAP and POSTGAP aren&#039;t alternatives to each other, 00 index (before the track) is pregap, 02 to 99 (after the track itself) - postgap. Full dump -- cue with indexes, stripped dump (gaps were cut out) -- cue with PREGAP/POSTGAP commands (they tell the burning tool or emulator to insert some null samples there). This &quot;vote&quot; is pointless, hence closed.</p>]]></description>
