Like, for example:
- Final Fantasy IX (Disc 1) - v. 1.0: http://redump.org/disc/73/
- Final Fantasy IX (Disc 1) - v. 1.1: http://redump.org/disc/4005/

What is the difference between then? Square released 2 versions of the game? Which one it's the "perfect one"?
