"Director's Cut" is fine, because there's usually only one director, whereas a "Collectors' Edition" aims at all the collectors out there, not just specifically one of them. And if it's written like that on the cover, we should stick to that spelling.

Maybe only NTSC have S-apostrophe and I doubt it's worth bothering to change, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to mention in case anyone cared. tongue
