Googling that serial only returns the game "Doukyu Re-Mix - Billiards Multiple [PSone Books]"

Sonyindex.com lists "WTC - World Touring Car Championship [PSone Books]" as serial number "SLPS-91488" and I would guess that is the correct one.

If there is a discrepancy or multiple serial numbers listed on a single game, it should be noted in the database.
