though as i understand it (USA, Japan) flag should be (Japan, USA)

Multi region codes:
- (World)
- (Europe) Includes Australia
- (Asia)
- (Japan, USA)
- (Japan, Europe)
- (USA, Europe)

IMHO they can not be listed in many regions as it would be a mess, so i created a new region filter.
