EDIT: this disc only has renmnants of CD-Lock so either ignore this post, or tag it as "CD-Lock remnants" maybe?
According to https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Europ … rsalis_II, the game has SecuROM. But I found no traces of it on this particular disc. However, CD-Lock was found:
