From in-game testing of unpacked build. Languages list is correct, version and proper VO need to be added:

Version: 1.0.0
Voices: English, Polish

Edit: according to sku.sis provided by Mict, the following disc has the same exact game manifest (and therefore actual build files), so version, languages (EFGS (no Italian) + Polish and Russian) and VO can also be added to it
