On this disc, Spanish is only available as subtitles, while Spain received the EAZ.. disc with Spanish and Italian, voices + languages, so it could really well be true, however I must say that I am not good enough with Spanish to be able to differentiate the two.

Can you check the spanish language? I want to believe it may be Latin Spanish instead of Castilian, as Spain has the co-italian disc version edited exclusively for both countries.
The same happens with Dead Space 3.
