This disc includes two different games, with their addons included (those can't be installed separately). Version 3.4 only applies to Ultima VII: The Black Gate, the other included game (Serpent Isle) is Version "1.02s5 Final".

The proper way to list it is not at disc level but probably under Contents - Games and then something like

- Ultima VII: The Black Gate & Forge of Virtue (Version 3.4)
- Ultima VII Part Two: Serpent Isle & The Silver Seed (Version 1.02s5 Final)
