Thank you for bringing this one up, but to expand on the above comments a bit further and what Det was saying:

Conventionally, we typically only use datfile modifiers when it is required to avoid dat collisions - because one of the discs had several languages, that goes to the datfile name and thus there was no collision.  If Det tests the other disc and it has a different mix of languages, then there would be no dat collision and the files would be distinguished by their languages.  *However* in this particular case, as Nova and I suggested, it might be good to additionally include a modifier as it is somewhat of a unique case for the system and they are separate releases (via internal serial) that happen to have the same name, and it's also possible the languages match anyway (which det will test).

Even in the event that we do use a datfile modifier, we don't use modifiers like the ones you suggested because those are not absolute and can sometimes even vary based on discs that may have been bundled in different ways.  It is a bit too verbose and not absolute enough.

Both discs contain the same game demos, they just have 2 of 3 promo videos different.
I can't check langs via emulator, but I assume they're both the same. When I first checked langs on the entry with them, I may have missed Portuguese (looking at dashboard langs on the XEX).

I agree in this instance, because they are clearly separate releases with unique internal serials.  It would be good to check the languages on the other one, yes, but even in the event they have different languages, I think it is a good case for using the internal serial to distinguish them.

So there is no way to identify which is which.  It's really specific to these two discs.
