			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Normally from the inside out. When locating scratches you&#039;ll have to consider that the amount of data per rotation gets bigger and bigger towards the outer edge of the disc. Therefore, assuming the read error occurs at 50% of the extraction, the scratch isn&#039;t exactly at the middle of the disc but quite a bit nearer to the outer edge.</p>]]></content>

Just so i can work out on the disc where the problem scratch is so i can remove it.
