You will have to use DiscImageCreator if you want to dump on the Windows XP machine.

You'll need Dotnet installed: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/down … work/net40
And then (try to) run this: https://github.com/Deterous/MPF-Legacy/ … _win32.zip

If it's not working, I recommend running the dumping tools (DIC/Redumper) directly via command line on your old machine, and then on a modern machine running MPF.Check on the dump files (You can do this in the GUI, Tools->Check Dump).
