			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Data sectors, as opposed to audio sectors, are all structured this way: sync, addr, mode, +/-subh, data, +/-edc, +/-null, +/-ecc.<br />The mode consists of one single byte located at the 16th position of every sector and can easily be checked with an hex editor.</p><p>Some examples:<br />- a mode 0 sector<br />00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 25 59 34 <strong>00</strong><br />- a mode 1 sector<br />00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 10 38 72 <strong>01</strong><br />- a mode 2 sector<br />00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 54 17 36 <strong>02</strong></p><p>If you are a Windows user, I would suggest to use HxD to open your disc image.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi,</p><p>Some times ago, I submitted a &quot;game/music&quot; software named &quot;eJay Rave 2&quot;.<br />I know that this kind of software is not in the scope of Redump, but I would like to keep a functionnal personnal backup of this disc.</p><p>(Discarded dump link : <a href="http://forum.redump.org/topic/57900/rave-2-ejay/">http://forum.redump.org/topic/57900/rave-2-ejay/</a>)</p><p>I&#039;ve noticed that sometimes, when a game is added to the Redump Library, the &quot;cue&quot; file is different from the on generated by MPF, the &quot;MODE&quot; in particular.</p><p>Here is the one generated for &quot;eJay Rave 2&quot; :</p><div class="codebox"><pre><code>FILE &quot;RAVE_EJAY2.bin&quot; BINARY
