It could be the Isobuster bug, probably you have dumped a game before MK and you haven't refresh or close program so it has tken the previous image size. Or simply you had entered wrong size (it's not the first mistake about size in ps2 section).

I own this image and this one has obvious reasons to consider it bad:
The size of the image is too small. I have also fully worked image with these hashes
