I have games for various older systems such as the PlayStation 2 that have not been dumped or shared anywhere online to my knowledge. I would like to create an account so that I'm able to share and help preserve these games.

I normally use a VPN when browsing the internet and always leave it on, but I've disabled it temporarily before posting this, and will make sure to leave it off when registering.
