While I won't deny that a filesize limit could be the issue (or maybe even the script timing out perhaps) it's hard to think that all that generated data would have a limit.

but i couldn't find any in recent submissions
also just tried removing leading dots from '...Iru', but that's not it
other than i just don't see anything unusual

Once the server is done building it you should be asked where to save the file.
