			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Microsoft Plus! 98: Companion for Windows 98 contains some games, so it&#039;s within scope for Redump.<br />I don&#039;t know if Microsoft Windows 95 Companion: With USB Support is similar, since contents are not listed and a quick Google didn&#039;t return too much specific information. Most likely it was allowed for the same reason, I believe.</p><p>All the others are either games or stuff related to Dreamcast (this PC disc is a devkit for Dreamcast) and FM Towns, which is allowed.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I don&#039;t know what kind of software the Windows Companion is exactly, but all other titles listed at your first link, match the rules of the FAQ.</p><p>FM Towns is a rather special platform, especially the earlier version could be seen as kind of a console. But the person mainly responsible for decisions around FM Towns would have to chime in for a substantiated explanation.</p>]]></content>
