I update other info on Unreal, ring, serial number etc.
I didn't put any version because when installed I checked log, console, about screens, etc and I didn't find any related to the version number. However, the log show this
Log: Log file open, 08/14/08 21:03:20
Init: Compiled: Jun 27 1998 06:24:08
Init: Command line:

The file Core.dll located on C:\Unreal\System has the same date, I supposed that on early releases, the developers named the version of the game using the date/time of compilation of the main dll (unreal engine). On posterior version they used number, like in the final official patch.

EDIT..
This are the scan of my disc
Jewel Case - Back
Jewel Case - Right Inlay
Disc
Left inlay and front cover differ from the ones on mobygames.
The front one on the site say "Actual gameplay screen (2 of 4)"
Mine says "Actual gameplay screen (1 of 4)" and it's a different image.
Also if you check close their disc image say at the bottom in the center 04-12527CD1, mine says 04-12527CD2, same in the ring enclosed on parenthesis, but the image it's the same.
