I'd like to request an account to submit the 1.03 version of Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U, with the WUP-P-AMKP-03 JPN S0 ringcode.

I was requested to signup and submit this by "Hiccup" on another forum.

I've known of Redump for many years, so hopefully I have other discs I can also submit in due course.
