I tried 3k3y ISO tools. It lets you build an encrypted ISO, but the SHA1 doesn't match redump so it must not be encrypting exactly like the disc.

I don't think it's possible to build back a proper ISO with the extracted files only.

More importantly, I figure this is the best place to ask if there is any way to convert a PS3 game folder to a redump ISO. For games I don't have the discs, I would like to still get to a perfect copy if possible. I've used an IRD with a game folder to build an ISO, but the SHA1s don't match redump. As best I can tell, this is because the folder is not encrypted but perfect ISOs are. I'm hoping someone here knows how to properly convert a decrypted folder to redump ISO.
