The "O"s look smaller because they have thinner borders on top and bottom than other letters. If you zoom in you will notice it better, the border pixels will be on the same line.

Though, not sure if a Kingdom's name should be "PopoloCrois" in one case and "PoPoLoCrois" in other cases.
