I've been following the wiki article located here here, but I can't seem to create identical rips using Alcohol. Both the mdf/mds have different checksums even when created on the same drive and this is a pretty pristine disc.

Another issue is when creating the CCD using clonecd, I get the message

W 6:38:15 PM Device MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-862 doesn't support reading of 96 bytes subchannel data (CD+G)!

Is this important enough that I should wait until my new drive arrives?

Also do I need to do anything special to request the subdump application? I'm attempting most of the later Sims 2 Expansions which aren't on the list yet.

Edit:
Took a look into a previous post about the subject and I've got a few more questions.

The subcode in the MDF from Alcohol is full of errors. Should I use subdump and compare two rips from different machines and then combine that with the bin to create a new MDF using the 2352to2448 application?

MDS has the same CRC issues as MDF. How do I know if I have an accurate MDS rip?
