Putting libcrypt aside for the moment, isn&#039;t it conceivable that some discs already in the database (e.g. Saturn and PSX) won&#039;t ever playback on real hardware? I must add that I&#039;ve never had any problems on anything I&#039;ve played to this point.</p><p>So what&#039;s going on with the dump I mentioned earlier? Is it a mastering inconsistency, a series of bad dumps, ImgBurn issue?</p>]]></content>

Or is it a problem with ImgBurn in this instance?</p><p>To clarify, it&#039;s ImgBurn throwing out the said errors and not PerfectRip.</p><p>Thanks.</p>]]></content>

I usually do this for checking for inconsistencies when converting NonRedump images to separate tracks (e.g. cloneCD, single bin files etc). I usually notice the above errors on multi-data tracks when incorrectly calculating pregaps/sectors lengths using isobuster. Assuming it is correct, would playback be an issue given all the errors ImgBurn is spewing out?</p><p>The above output was taken from <a href="http://redump.org/disc/17355/">http://redump.org/disc/17355/</a><br />(It&#039;s unlikely that 4 separate dumpers failed to correctly dump the said disc)</p><p>On a broader note, should redump images playback without issue on hardware capable of doing so?</p>]]></content>
